The County is seeking a vendor to supply a full suite of drug‑testing consumables and related services for a Thermo Scientific Mindray BA‑800M analyzer under a one‑year contract with up to four optional renewals. The award will cover the analyzer lease, installation, on‑site training for four staff members, ongoing support, a web‑based data‑management platform, and large quantities of specific drug‑testing reagents and validity controls. Vendors must submit firm pricing for the initial term and indicate any percentage adjustments for renewal periods, meet extensive insurance requirements, and provide non‑collusion and E‑Verify affidavits.
• Provide the BA‑800M analyzer (800 tests/hr, 300‑tube capacity) and full installation/validation.
• Supply annual quantities of 17+ drug‑testing reagents (e.g., 52 k Amphetamine kits, 52 k Benzodiazepine kits, etc.) plus creatinine and specific gravity controls.
• Deliver a secure web‑based reporting system that integrates with the State‑approved Five‑Points case‑management system and supports automated notifications.
