Description
The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System is seeking capable businesses to provide collection and disposal of refuse, including bulk waste, services for the Biloxi, MS, campus and other locations. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, tools, and equipment to perform the services. The contractor will also be required to maintain all dumpsters and ensure they remain in good working condition.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Collection and disposal of waste in dumpsters and bulk waste in roll-off dumpsters
• Maintenance of dumpsters to ensure they remain in good working condition
• Provision of additional 30-40 cubic yard bulk containers to support bulk waste disposal
• Disposal of excess refuse beyond the normal quantity resulting from special events
• Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
