The Lamar CISD is seeking a construction manager at risk for the construction of High School #9, Junior High School #9, Middle School #9, and site infrastructure. The project will be completed in four phases, with estimated budgets ranging from $30 million to $200 million. The project duration is expected to be around 2-3 years, with substantial completion dates between August 2028 and May 2029.
