Description
The St. Johns River Water Management District is seeking a licensed contractor to retrofit existing Metal Halide pole lighting fixtures to LED fixtures at the Palm Bay Service Center. The project includes removing existing fixtures, installing new LED fixtures, and furnishing all related electrical work. The contractor must have a minimum of 8 years of experience and a current, valid electrician's license issued by the State of Florida. The estimated budget for the project is $50,000.
• The project requires the removal and installation of 61 pole light fixtures, including 24 double-headed poles and 13 single-head poles.
• The contractor must provide all materials, labor, supervision, equipment, and warranties necessary to complete the project.
• The project must be completed within 30 calendar days from the start date, and the contractor must secure all necessary permits before beginning work.
• The contractor must also provide a standard 5-year factory warranty against defects in material and workmanship, and a standard 1-year installation warranty for issues not related to factory defects.
