CH-53K Electrical Optical (EO) / Infrared (IR) Sensor System Competition

The Naval Air Systems Command is seeking a contractor to provide an Electrical Optical (EO) / Infrared (IR) Sensor System for the CH-53K program. The contract will include non-recurring engineering, engineering support, program support, production, testing, logistics, data, and production reach back support. The performance period is estimated to be approximately seven years, and the place of contract performance is expected to be at the contractor's facility. • The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. • The Government advises industry of its intent to conduct an Industry Day on or about 17 December 2025. • Questions and/or feedback on the draft RFP should be submitted to the contacts below no later than 5 December 2025. • The final solicitation and any associated documents will be published via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE).
