Janitorial Services RFP

The Town of Wendell is seeking a reliable, professional, and cost-effective janitorial contractor to provide high-quality services at eight Town facilities. The required services include cleaning facilities, boardrooms, offices, breakrooms, restrooms, showers, kitchen areas, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and other common areas to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that meets all health standards. Services will include day/afternoon and evening cleanings. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary supplies and equipment. • The contract period will be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance, including general liability, commercial automobile liability, and workers' compensation. • The contractor will be required to correct all complaints and respond to requests for services within 24 hours. • The Town reserves the right to deduct fees from the contractor's monthly payment for deficient work or work not performed.
