This solicitation seeks to establish Master Agreements with qualified vendors to provide a broad range of walk‑in building supplies (e.g., lumber, drywall, insulation, roofing, and related materials) for all NASPO‑eligible state, local, and territorial entities. The agreement will be used by participating jurisdictions to leverage collective purchasing power, achieving best‑value pricing across multiple states. Vendors must meet NASPO qualification standards and be capable of delivering supplies nationwide under the terms of the ValuePoint platform.
• Scope: Supply of generic walk‑in building materials; no specific bill of quantities, allowing flexibility for varied state‑level projects.
• Eligible Purchasers: State agencies, higher‑education institutions, local governments, and other NASPO‑eligible entities that obtain chief procurement official approval.
• Submission Deadline: September 10 2026; questions due by August 18 2026; pre‑bid conference on August 11 2026 (informational, not mandatory).
• Delivery & Performance: Vendors must be able to fulfill orders across the United States, adhering to each jurisdiction’s procurement regulations and the NASPO/ValuePoint contract terms.
