Description
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is soliciting bids for the purchase and installation of an ADA EZ Dock Launch Kit and Transfer Bench System for Martin Creek Lake State Park in Rusk County, Texas. The kit and system must meet specific proprietary specifications, including the use of particular models and materials. The contract will commence upon award and expire upon successful installation and final acceptance by TPWD. The bidder must provide a certified Launch installer and ensure that all parts and materials meet the required standards.
• The EZ Launch One-Way ADA Kayak Launch Kit and ADA Transfer Bench System must be provided and installed according to the specifications.
• The contract includes the delivery and installation of the kit and system, as well as training and calibration.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to environmental protection and labor.
• The contract term will commence upon date of award and automatically expire upon successful installation and final acceptance by TPWD.
