The award will be on a firm‑fixed‑price basis for a 12‑month period, covering 750 licensed users (15 concurrent sessions) and includes one live training session. The vendor must deliver an online portal with extensive search capabilities (including batch searches of ≥2,000 items), produce native Excel (.xlsx) output files, and maintain quarterly data updates from multiple federal logistics sources.
