The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for a micro purchase of snow brushes and ice scrapers. The purchase will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The City requires the seller to quote all items in order to be eligible for the award. The bid opening date is January 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
• The City is collecting data to identify the number of companies beneficially owned and controlled by LGBTQ persons who wish to do business with the City.
• The data will be used to identify the number of LGBTQ businesses currently doing business with the City and to include LGBTQ certified businesses into the City's vendor database.
• The bid is for 30 units of 60" extendable car snow brushes and ice scrapers, and 1 unit of shipping.
• The seller must provide all items in order to be eligible for the award.
• The City reserves the right to award the bid as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City.
