BID Thornden Park Pool Water Service Improvements

The City of Syracuse is seeking bids for the replacement of the water service to the Thornden Pool, splashpad, and bathhouse. The project includes general construction, asphalt restoration, and concrete curb work. Bidders must provide a certified check or bid bond for 5% of the total bid amount. The project is expected to be completed within 60 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. • The project requires bidders to have experience in similar work and to provide a list of equipment and key personnel. • The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to cancel the award without liability. • The project is subject to various ordinances, including the Syracuse Fair Employment and Licensure Ordinance and the Syracuse Resident Employment Ordinance. • Bidders must provide a NYSDOL Registry Certificate Number and complete the Section 300- Form of Proposal. • The City reserves the right to award this contract or to make no award or to rebid at a later date.
