26019PW – 11th Street Dry Weather Pump Station Project

The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified contractor to design, demolish, and construct a new Power and Control Building and Dry Weather Pump Station at 11th Street. The scope includes demolition of existing structures, site grading, rock excavation, concrete foundations, medium‑voltage electrical work (owner‑furnished equipment), duct banks, large‑diameter piping, valves, flow‑metering vaults, storm‑water improvements, and full integration with existing pump‑station systems including SCADA programming, security, and HVAC. The contractor must coordinate with utility providers, maintain continuous operations via phased electrical change‑overs, and comply with Delaware prevailing wage, Davis‑Bacon, AIS steel, and DBE “good‑faith” requirements. A 10 % bid bond is required.
