Annual Roof Inspections for Central Region Facilities

The Alabama National Guard is seeking a vendor to perform annual roof inspections of their armories and associated facilities. The selected vendor will be responsible for conducting one complete roof inspection per year for each designated facility, including inspections of structural integrity, drainage systems, and penetrations. The vendor will also be required to provide a detailed written report, including photos, roof condition assessment, and recommendations for corrective action. The vendor must have a valid State of Alabama business license and maintain a physical storefront, office, or warehouse in the State of Alabama.
