Description
The City of Cleveland is seeking bids for the provision of two tandem axle utility trailers. The trailers must meet specific requirements, including a GVWR of 7000#, a length of 18 feet, and a width of 84 inches. The trailers must also have certain standard features, such as LED lights, stake pocket tie downs, and a 5-foot mesh gate. The city will evaluate bids based on the lowest and best bid received, considering both the unit price and delivery time. Bidders must submit their bids electronically to [email protected].

• Rubber mounted LED lights on the entire trailer
• A 2-inch bulldog coupler adjustable pintle ring
• A sealed 7-way round pin type trailer plug

• Fenders: 9 inches x 72 inches
• Straight fenders axles: Two 3500# Dexter idler axle/with brakes or equivalent
• Suspension: Equalizer system with 4-leaf eye to eye springs
• Tires: 8 ply radial tires - ST225/75R/15 wheels: coated white, silver or black
• Tow tongue: 5 inches x 3 inches x 1/4 inches
• Trailer frame: 4 inches x 3 inches x 1/4 inches
• Cross members, 12” OC (on center)
• Floor: 2 inch compressed rumber flooring boards (rough side up)
• EZ lift 5 foot mesh reinforced heavy duty gate spring assisted, both ways, folds flat to deck with gate lock
• Uprights: 3 inches x 2 inches, heavy duty
• Top rail: 2 3/8 inches pipe top tubing
• Side height of 12 inches open sides of deck to the top of the top rail rub rail with stake pockets equally spaced from front to the rear of the trailer
• Part EZ lube axles (each axle)
