Pinellas County Exterior Building Painting

The Department of Health is seeking bids for exterior building painting services for two buildings in Pinellas County. The scope of work includes permitting, preparation, cleaning, pressure washing, caulking, and exterior painting. The contract is expected to start on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027. The successful bidder will be required to provide a bid bond in the amount of $200,000. • The bidder must have experience in painting large or commercial buildings. • The bidder must have a minimum of five projects that demonstrate experience in painting. • The bidder must provide contact information for three entities that the bidder has provided services to in the past. • The bidder must complete and submit the Statement of Non-Collusion Form. • The bidder must complete and submit the Respondent Certification Regarding Scrutinized Companies Lists Form. • The bidder must complete and submit the Identical Tie Certification Form. • The bidder must complete and submit the Vendor Certification Form. • The bidder must complete and submit the Use of Coercion for Labor and Services Form. • The bidder must complete and submit the Background and Drug Screening Attestation Form.
