Pump Station No. 8 Equipment Installation and Building Refurbishment

The St. Mary Levee District is seeking a qualified contractor to fully equip and refurbish Pump Station No. 8. The scope includes mobilization, site cleanup, removal of existing equipment, disposal of materials, structural upgrades to the metal building, painting, installation of new mechanical and electrical systems, and delivery of the new pump set to the owner’s location. The award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder, with a proposal guaranty of 5 % of the bid amount. • Complete removal and disposal of existing pump equipment and related materials. • Structural improvements to the existing metal building, including painting and protective coating. • Installation of new pumping equipment, electrical wiring, lighting, and associated controls. • All labor, materials, tools, supervision, and incidentals required to finish the project per contract documents. • Mandatory pre‑bid meeting on 29 Sep 2026 (non‑mandatory) and opportunity for site visits by arrangement with the engineer.
