Description
The U.S. Army Garrison, Fort Detrick, is seeking a contractor to provide post-wide repair services, maintenance, and emergency repairs for elevators at Fort Detrick. The contract includes annual TPQEI inspections and emergency dispatch support. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the contract requirements and specifications.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Providing regular maintenance and emergency repairs for HYDRO and gearless traction MRL elevators
• Conducting annual TPQEI inspections
• Providing emergency dispatch support
• Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the contract requirements and specifications
• Informing the KO and COR of all pertinent updates, including quotes, component order verification, and installation verification
