Sole Source: Xerox Nuvera 1645 and 1915 Maintenance

The Illinois Secretary of State is seeking a sole source contract for the maintenance of Xerox Nuvera 1645 and 1915 machines. The contract is estimated to be worth $150,000 and will cover the period from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The machines are used for large bulk printing of mailings for the citizens of the State of Illinois, and Xerox maintenance and monthly service are required to ensure the machines are operational 24 hours a day.
