The State of Nebraska’s Department of Administrative Services, Materiel Division, is seeking qualified bidders to supply a variety of high‑density polyethylene signs for the Nebraska Game & Parks Commission. The work involves manufacturing, printing (including four‑color graphics), finishing, and delivering signs in multiple sizes and colors across numerous statewide locations, with a one‑year price‑freeze followed by possible annual adjustments. The contract’s base period is four years with up to four optional one‑year extensions, and the vendor must meet “Buy America” requirements and provide a one‑year warranty.
• Manufacture HDPE signs in specified gauges, colors, and sizes (6×6 to 24×24 inches).
• Provide four‑color printing, UV‑inhibited inks, and durable finishes; supply proofs and obtain NGPC approval before production.
