The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to award a sole source purchase order for a tunable repetition rate white light supercontinuum laser for fluorescence microscopy/spectroscopy. The purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement, but the Government may still decide not to conduct a competitive procurement. • The laser is intended for fluorescence microscopy/spectroscopy. • The purchase is expected to be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. • The Government may consider responses to this notice to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. • The purchase is not expected to exceed the simplified acquisition threshold of $250,000.
