Description
The City of Cleveland’s Division of Purchases & Supplies is seeking an authorized Chrysler/Stellantis parts dealer and service provider to supply automotive parts, materials, and labor services for its municipal vehicle fleet. The award will be a firm‑priced purchase order valid for up to one year (or until funds are exhausted) and will include shipping, warranties, and required compliance disclosures. Vendors must meet strict qualification criteria, including dealer authorization, staffing, inventory, and equipment requirements, and must submit a fully compliant electronic bid package by the deadline.
• Supply of all Chrysler/Stellantis OEM parts, fasteners, welding materials, and shop supplies with a minimum six‑month warranty.
• Provision of labor services for vehicle maintenance, priced firm for the life of the PO, with a 12‑month (or 6‑month post‑installation) workmanship warranty.
• Vendor qualifications: authorized dealer status, manufacturer letter, at least three technicians, two service vehicles, $20 K inventory, ability to serve regular and emergency needs.
