Description
The U.S. Air Force’s Dover AFB Chapel is seeking a qualified Director of Protestant Music Ministries to provide music direction and accompaniment for all Sunday and special worship services. The contractor will be responsible for leading a choir, playing piano/organ, and ensuring liturgical music meets Protestant worship standards. The base period of performance is 164 hours from 01 Nov 2026 to 31 Oct 2027, with four one‑year option periods extending through 31 Oct 2031. Offerors must submit resumes demonstrating at least two years of Protestant worship music leadership, a technical proposal covering experience, approach, and capability statements, and will be required to attend an in‑person audition on 13‑14 Oct 2026. The award will be made on a Lowest‑Price‑Technically‑Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
