Independent Economic & Financial Evaluation of Third International Bridge Development

The City of Eagle Pass is seeking a qualified firm to perform an independent economic and financial evaluation of potential third international bridge development alternatives. The selected firm will provide an objective, professional, and defensible evaluation to support City Council, City management, and the public in making an informed, data-driven infrastructure decision. The evaluation will include traffic and trade forecasting, revenue and financial modeling, infrastructure and public cost analysis, risk and exposure analysis, economic impact, environmental and regulatory impacts, and a comparative evaluation of development alternatives. • The proposed Puerto Verde Global Trade Bridge, a privately promoted commercial international crossing • A potential third international bridge that is 100% publicly owned, financed, and controlled by the City of Eagle Pass The firm will provide a comprehensive, independent, and transparent economic and financial evaluation of third international bridge development alternatives.
