Description
The U.S. Embassy in Paramaribo, Suriname is seeking a contractor to maintain its Building Automation System (BAS) in a safe, reliable, and efficient operating condition. The BAS consists of various components, including operator workstations, building controllers, advanced application controllers, and application specific controllers. The contractor must verify quantities during an initial site visit. The contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

* Operator Workstations (OWS): 2
* Building Controllers (BC): 9
* Advanced Application Controllers (AAC): 8
* Application Specific Controllers (ASC): 244
* The contractor must maintain the BAS in a safe, reliable, and efficient operating condition.
* The contract will be awarded based on the initial offer without discussion.
* Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submitting a quotation or proposal.
