Notice of Intent - Sole Source Award to Waste Management of Idaho, Inc.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Seattle District intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed price contract to Waste Management of Idaho, Inc. for refuse removal services at the Albeni Falls Dam site and the associated Albeni Falls Dam recreation sites. The contract is intended to comprise of one base-year and four option-years. • Refuse removal services will be provided at the Albeni Falls Dam site and the associated Albeni Falls Dam recreation sites. • The contract is a firm-fixed price contract. • The contract is intended to comprise of one base-year and four option-years. • Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement, but this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations.
