The State of South Carolina is seeking a qualified contractor to operate a turn‑key, fast‑food‑style food‑service operation for Florence‑Darlington Technical College. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of food preparation, service, inventory, equipment maintenance, cleaning, staffing, compliance with health regulations, and optional catering for the Health‑Science Campus. Compensation is a revenue‑share model consisting of a guaranteed $700 monthly minimum plus a commission on gross sales (based on an estimated $403,542 annual sales figure). The contract is fixed‑price for a base term of one year with up to four one‑year renewal options (maximum five years).
