Description
The Iowa Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to host the 2-34th BCT Yellow Ribbon Event in the Fort Dodge, IA area. The event is scheduled for 7-8 August 2026. The contractor will be responsible for providing the Yellow Ribbon Event spaces and lodging rooms in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The basis for award is price.
Some key requirements include:
* Providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, travel, and quality control necessary to provide the Yellow Ribbon Event
* Submitting a quote that includes Attachment 01: Contractor Information and Pricing Tables
* Including the name and address(es) of proposed Yellow Ribbon Event spaces and lodging rooms
* Ensuring the quote is received in the USPFO Iowa Purchasing and Contracting Office by the due date and time
