Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential contractors to provide radiologist workstations and monitors in support of the commercial Picture Archiving and Communication System (cPACS) program at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS). The workstations should be HP Z2 G9 Tower Workstations with Dell UltraSharp 27" Color Monitors. The contractor should be able to deliver the equipment within 90 calendar days or less from the date of award. The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to confidentiality and nondisclosure.
• The contractor should provide 12 workstations and 24 monitors.
• The contractor should provide descriptive literature demonstrating their ability to meet the requirements.
• The contractor should provide an estimated industry pricing for the equipment.
• The contractor should comply with all safety and fire prevention rules and regulations.
• The contractor should report all accidents and notify supervisors of unsafe or unhealthful conditions in the workplace.
