East River Road Garage: Delaware Street SE Repairs

The University of Minnesota is seeking proposals for construction services to repair the East River Road Garage, located on the east bank of the Twin Cities campus. The project includes repairs such as a new catwalk system, shotcrete, rock-netting, rockbolts, and electrical/lighting replacement. The selected respondent will be required to perform the work for a fixed, lump sum contract.
