The US Army Garrison (USAG) - Italy is seeking to improve the quality and clarity of the forthcoming solicitation for RFP W912PF26RA001. The purpose of releasing this draft is to engage with industry partners to help refine requirements, identify potential ambiguities, and improve the overall quality of the final RFP. The contract will provide armed security personnel to provide installation access control, roving security patrols, electronic security systems (CCTV) monitoring, and other security-related functions. The period of performance is from 16 Jun 2026 to 15 Jun 2031, with an option to extend services for an additional 2 years.
• The contract will require the provision of armed security guards services at various locations in Italy, including Vicenza and Livorno.
• The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all security personnel are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
• The contract will be firm-fixed-price, with a total evaluated price to be determined based on the offeror's proposed pricing.
• The government reserves the right to conduct discussions with offerors if necessary, and to award a contract without conducting discussions.
