Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Transportation Cabinet is seeking bids for in-place paving services for FHWA Emergency Relief projects. The contract will be for a period of one year, with an option for renewal. The successful bidder will be required to provide in-place paving services, including asphalt paving, milling, and texturing, as well as traffic control and edge key construction. The bidder must also comply with all applicable federal and state regulations, including the Buy America Act and the Build America, Buy America Act.
• The contract will be for use by the Division of Maintenance and Highway Districts 1-12.
• The bidder must have a Certificate of Eligibility as provided in regulations published by the Department.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable statutes, regulations, and policies related to this procurement.
• The bidder must provide a Non-Collusion Certification and a Buy America/BABA certification.
• The bidder must have insurance coverage, including general liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance.
