Description
The State of Alabama is seeking quotations for the annual maintenance of SBI/CJIS-NEC SmartScan. The solicitation is open for bidding, and suppliers must be registered in Alabama Buys to participate. The State reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, and the sole venue for litigation and alternative dispute resolution activities will be the City of Montgomery in the State of Alabama. • Providing annual maintenance for SBI/CJIS-NEC SmartScan
• Complying with the terms and conditions contained within the solicitation
• Not engaging in the boycott of a person or an entity based in or doing business with a jurisdiction with which the State of Alabama can enjoy open trade

• Disclosing certain information as required by state law
• Accepting electronic payments at no additional cost to the State
