Holland Clerk's Office Heat Pump RFP

The Town of Holland is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to install a new cold-climate heat pump system at the Holland Town Clerk's Office. The project includes installing two 2-ton air-source heat pump systems, providing condensate management and control wiring, and testing and commissioning the systems. The contractor must have experience installing cold-climate heat pumps, be licensed and insured to work in Vermont, and be familiar with Efficiency Vermont incentives. • The proposal must include company information, project approach, equipment specifications, cost proposal, and references. • The evaluation criteria include cost competitiveness, technical approach, experience and references, and schedule and availability. • The project is expected to be completed by September 30, 2026.
