Townwide Landscaping Services

The Town of Queen Creek is seeking one or more qualified vendors to provide landscaping services on an as-needed basis. The selected vendor(s) will provide comprehensive municipal landscape services, including maintenance, enhancement, and preservation of public parks, rights-of-way, medians, trails, facility grounds, and other Town-owned properties. The vendor(s) must coordinate closely with Town staff to ensure minimal disruption to public use areas and municipal operations. Some of the key services that will be required include general labor, spray technician labor, irrigation technician labor, and supervisor labor, as well as additional services such as arborist services, fountain installation and maintenance, and power washing. • The contract will be for an as-needed basis, with the Town requesting services as required. • The vendor(s) must have the necessary licenses and certifications, including a CR-21 license from the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and an International Society of Arboriculture Certification. • The vendor(s) must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Town standards and specifications. • The vendor(s) must provide unit rates for each service, including general labor, spray technician labor, irrigation technician labor, and supervisor labor. • The vendor(s) must also provide pricing for additional services, such as arborist services and power washing.
