The New York State Office of General Services is seeking qualified contractors to upgrade the food‑service facilities at the New York State Veterans Home in Montrose, Westchester County. The scope includes demolition of existing equipment and finishes, installation of new fire‑rated partitions, ceiling systems, HVAC re‑thermalizer and rooftop condensing units, roof work with EPDM membrane, and full coordination between construction and mechanical trades. The project is phased across four roof sections, with strict safety, code‑compliance, and site‐access requirements, including a required pre‑bid site visit and a bid deposit of $9,900.
