DEMOLITION & ASBESTOS /LEAD BASED PAINT

The City of Fort Pierce is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to provide comprehensive demolition services for public buildings and condemned private structures. The selected contractor will be expected to perform a full range of demolition-related services, including asbestos and lead-based paint abatement, structure demolition, debris removal, utility abandonment, site grading, and sod installation. All work must be performed in accordance with applicable local, State, and Federal regulations. • The contractor will be required to obtain all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals prior to commencing any work. • Each demolition assignment will be treated as a separate job, and the contractor will be required to submit a detailed scope of services and corresponding price proposal for each project. • The contractor must be capable of performing safe, efficient, and compliant demolition activities on an as-needed, project-by-project basis.
