Description
The individual or firm selected will undertake the following services:
A. Provide a stamped, properly scaled site plan for the installation of a new manufactured home to replace the existing home on site.
B. Design a concrete slab foundation that meets applicable HUD standards, must meet design specifications for use with insulated skirting.
C. Locate and assess the functionality of the existing septic system.
D. If recommending the installation of a new septic, test soil and design a stamped plan for the new septic in association with the site plan already listed.
E. Provide certification of satisfactory septic system installation/inspection, per code requirements.
F. Consult with manufactured home site contractor and WCCRC staff, as needed.
