The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21) is seeking to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for Maintenance Support Service for BioMérieux hardware and software for Pathology & Lab Service at VA Palo Alto Healthcare System (VAPAHCS). The contract will be awarded to BioMérieux, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), as their technicians are OEM certified to provide parts and service compatible with the equipment. The estimated Period of Performance will be from August 9, 2026, to August 8, 2031.
