Budget estimate

$100,000 – $500,000

The budget for this opportunity is estimated to be between $100,000 and $500,000, based on the scope of work and the fact that the City is seeking a single award for the contract. The contract term is for 2026, and the City reserves the option to cancel or suspend the contract at any time with 14-day notice. The contractor will be paid based on the lowest and best total per ton price, and the City will establish a schedule to accomplish the program at a minimum cost to the City. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the number of scrap tires collected, the cost of equipment and labor, and the efficiency of the collection and transportation process.
