Time Stamp Service and Supplies

The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance is seeking a vendor to provide routine maintenance, technical support, and supplies for three AR-E time/date stamping machines. The contract duration is 36 months with two renewal options of 24 months each. The estimated value of the procurement is approximately $10,000 over the duration of the contract. The vendor must be currently engaged in the business of providing the services/commodities requested under this RFR for five years or more. Key points to consider: • The contract will have no minimum order requirement, and all deliveries will be FOB. • Response time must be within 24 hours of the call placed, unless approved by an authorized DCAMM employee. • The Commonwealth is tax-exempt, and prompt payment discount is highly encouraged. • The contract will be awarded based on the best value criteria, including experience, pricing, and SBPP participation.
