Renewal and Support of the BankScan enterprise software license

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to award a sole source contract to Gee Whiz Software, LLC for the renewal and support of the BankScan enterprise software license. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, from 9/30/26 to 9/29/31, if all options are exercised. The BankScan software is used by ATF for forensic and financial investigative casework, and it possesses a unique mix of features that are not available in any other product. The software allows for the extraction and conversion of bank statement and other information quickly and accurately, enabling efficient performance of complex analyses.
