Z1QA--Requirement- Power Wash South and East Tower-Miami VAMC

The Miami VA Health System is seeking business concerns capable of providing comprehensive drone-power washing of all exterior services of the South and East Towers to include all windows and power washing of all surfaces below the towers. The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials, and purified rinse water, and use eco-friendly and safe cleaning agents suitable for the exterior surfaces to be cleaned. The power washing services should be performed in a manner that minimizes disruption to the Miami VAMC and completed after normal business hours. • The contractor must provide all equipment, labor, and materials. • The contractor must use eco-friendly and safe cleaning agents. • The contractor must ensure proper disposal of wastewater and any cleaning residues in accordance with environmental regulations. • The power washing services must be performed after normal business hours to minimize disruption to the Miami VAMC.
