Janitorial Services for DOLIR Building

The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the DOLIR Building, located at 3315 West Truman Boulevard, Jefferson City, Missouri. The contract period is for one year, with the option to renew. The vendor will be responsible for providing daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual cleaning tasks, as well as performing floor care services. The vendor must have a minimum of two years of experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 34,394 square feet. • The vendor must provide a Day Porter/Matron to perform uninterrupted janitorial services during business hours. • The vendor must provide a Working Supervisor/Contractor Contact Person to oversee janitorial services. • The vendor must provide a Floor Care Specialist to perform floor care services. • The vendor must have a quality assurance plan in place to ensure the janitorial services meet the state agency's quality standards. • The vendor must have a plan in place for resolving any janitorial issues that may arise.
