Description
The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids for general maintenance and repair services at the Health and Human Services (HHS) facility in Bonham, Texas. The scope of work includes providing maintenance and repair services for the facility. The contract will be awarded to the bidder that best meets the requirements of the IFB.
• The IFB includes exhibits for HHS Solicitation Affirmations, Contract Affirmations and HHS Uniform Terms and Conditions, Pricing Sheet, Bidder Reference and Contractor Qualifications Form, and HHS Online Bid Room Information.
• The bidder must submit a comprehensive response that includes all required information and documentation.
• The contract term will be for an initial period with options for renewal.
• The bidder must demonstrate their ability to perform the work by providing a written description of their experience and qualifications.
