Description
The Government Publishing Office requires a contractor to laminate 72,000 pre‑printed 8×10‑inch, 80‑lb cover stock sheets (both sides, 1.5 mil PET gloss) and keep them collated, meeting QATAP Level 3 quality standards. The work is limited to lamination only; the agency supplies the printed sheets and will handle post‑trim. All production must occur within 50 mi of Port Hueneme, CA, and the finished product must be delivered by September 30, 2026 (FOB destination). The contractor must submit a distribution notice email on the day the product is ready for pickup and provide proof of delivery with the invoice.
