Description
The Knox County Procurement Division is seeking proposals for the provision of Networking Materials. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for an additional four years. The successful proposer will be required to provide Networking Materials that are compatible with the currently installed base of electronics used and serviced by Knox County Schools. The evaluation criteria will include initial cost, service quality, and other factors.
• The proposal must be submitted in hard copy, with two copies, one marked as the original and the other as a copy.
• The proposal must include all required documents, including the proposal form, certifications, and insurance certificates.
• The proposer must be registered with the Knox County Procurement Division prior to submitting the proposal.
• The contract will be awarded to the most responsive, responsible proposer meeting the specifications and presenting the product(s) and/or service(s) that is in the best interest of Knox County.
