RFQ - REQUEST FOR TRAD CONTRACTOR PREQUALIFICATION

The Town of Longmeadow is seeking pre-qualification of sub-contractors to submit Statements of Qualification (SOQ) for a new middle school project. The project is a CM at Risk project, and only trades 260001 - Electrical and 140001 - Elevator are eligible to apply. The project is subject to MGL ch 149A, sec 8, and the Awarding Authority reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications, waive informalities, and to qualify proposers in its best interest.
