Pipette Calibration Services

The City of El Paso is seeking a vendor to provide pipette calibration services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for multiple years, with an aggregate total not exceeding $100,000. The vendor will be required to provide calibration services for pipettes used by the City's Public Health department. The City reserves the right to adjust the scope of work as necessary. • The contract will require the vendor to provide calibration services for pipettes on a regular basis. • The vendor will be required to provide a certified calibration report for each pipette calibrated. • The City will provide the pipettes to be calibrated, and the vendor will be responsible for picking up and returning the pipettes. • The vendor will be required to have a valid business license and liability insurance. • The City will evaluate bids based on the vendor's experience, qualifications, and price.
