Description
The U.S. Air Force Band requires a vendor to perform custom alterations on 50 ceremonial tunics. The work includes initial fittings, sewing, and final finishing, delivered in small batches of 5‑10 tunics with each batch completed within four weeks of the first fitting. The Air Force will supply base garments and matching fabric; the contractor must provide all tools, notions, and a portable sewing setup for on‑site demonstrations. The contract spans up to five years, with a one‑year initial performance period and optional extensions. A mandatory site visit and live demonstration are required prior to proposal submission.
