Pre-Position Emergency Contract Services

The Plaquemines Parish Government is soliciting proposals for a pre‑position emergency contract covering three distinct service categories: marsh buggy equipment and operator services (project 26‑00‑04), reverse‑osmosis water treatment units to address saltwater intrusion (26‑00‑05), and reservoir water barges for saltwater intrusion mitigation (26‑00‑06). Contractors must be licensed Louisiana contractors and submit sealed proposals by the deadline.
